Therapy length depends on your needs. Some people benefit from short-term skill-building therapy, while others prefer ongoing support for accountability, emotional regulation, and executive-function coaching. We tailor the plan to your goals.

Feeling comfortable with your therapist is essential. We offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask questions, share your concerns, and get a sense of whether our approach feels like the right fit for you.

Payment is requested at the time of your session. We will provide you with a receipt that you can easily submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. We accept cash, credit card, and e-transfer (info@oceanbluetherapy.ca).

Insurance coverage varies depending on your plan. While OHIP does not cover psychotherapy services, many extended health plans do. Please check whether your provider covers services by a Registered Psychotherapist (R.P.), Social Worker (R.S.W.), Psychologist (C.Psych.), or Psychological Associate.
