About me
I believe that life is deeply shaped by the relationships we nurture—both the relationship we have with ourselves and the connections we build with the world around us. The way we see and speak to ourselves influences how we live, the choices we make, and the paths we take. At the same time, our relationships with others affect how safe we feel in sharing our true selves and how much trust we place in those around us. These two relationships, within and around us, are closely intertwined, shaping our experience of the world.
I am deeply passionate about creating a space where my clients feel seen, understood, and supported. I believe that a strong, authentic therapeutic relationship can be a powerful foundation for growth. Through this connection, I help clients explore the essential relationships in their lives—both with themselves and others. Together, we work to understand these dynamics, heal emotional wounds, and nurture healthier, more fulfilling connections. My goal is to walk alongside my clients, offering compassion and guidance, as they move toward greater self-awareness, healing, and emotional well-being.
With experience across a variety of clinical settings and diverse populations, I am dedicated to empowering my clients by providing them with the tools and strategies needed to navigate life’s challenges and lead fulfilling, meaningful lives. I take a client-centered approach, thoughtfully integrating different therapeutic interventions to create customized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

Fun Facts
I believe in the mind-body connection and love staying active—whether through sports or just getting outside. Fun fact: I used to be a personal trainer! But like everyone, I struggle with motivation sometimes, especially when life gets busy or I am dealing with pain. Still, I do my best to keep moving.
I find joy in nature and like to approach life with humor and a light heart—though I admit, I sometimes tell awkward jokes! As a lifelong learner, I am always growing and challenging myself. Right now, I am continuing that journey through another graduate program to further develop my skills in therapy.
